This position is responsible for facilitating the voice of the customer by triaging feedback and translating insights into clear inputs for product strategy and prioritization. The role partners closely with Design and Product Management leadership to strengthen design and product operations maturity across tools, processes and ways of working.
This role also focuses on tool enablement and operational rigor, ensuring teams have the structure, education and reporting needed to plan, prioritize and deliver effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong analytical skills and is motivated by driving continuous improvement across Design and Product Operations.

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $62,800 - $87,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
