PleasureLand RV Center is a family owned and operated RV dealer working out of eight different locations! We are the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest and have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right RV for their needs since 1971.


POSITION PURPOSE:

PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a part time Administrative Assistant. This position provides a friendly welcome to customers as they walk through the doors and directs them to the appropriate department as well as assist in a variety of tasks. The schedule for this position would be working two to three days a week with alternating Saturdays averaging around 20 hours a week.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  1. Professionally and pleasantly greet and direct every customer to the appropriate department.
  2. Answer the main phone line and transfer caller to the proper department.
  3. Maintain inventory for office supplies and computer software.
  4. Receive and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail.
  5. Maintain and update as needed the brochures and brochure racks.
  6. Insure proper presentation and cleanliness of reception area.
  7. Assist and support other departments as requested.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by General/Sales Manager.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer/Internet skills
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Respectful of co-workers
  • Positive attitude and honest
  • Goal Oriented
  • Must act in a professional manor at all times
  • Well organized
