Audio Description Project Coordinator
Day Shift - 9am start time

Comp range: $21 - 23/hr
Job Description:
The Audio Description Project Coordinator position will support the creation of Audio Description to all clients. This role will focus on organization and administrative tasks for every project from client kick-off all the way through deliverables. Project coordinators will report to the Audio Description Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the booking of freelancers
• Monitoring kick-off emails from client operations
• Assisting with internal scheduling and assignments/trackers
• Creation of freelance talent contracts (ongoing project/high volume)
• Coordinate information and assets for teams
• Liaise with internal client teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal resources and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Escalate any potential issues with schedule, specs, etc. immediately to Project Manager(s)
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
• Data entry tasks into both internal and client-owned systems
• Validating recordings from voice talent (Pro Tools/Nuendo experience preferred but not required)
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Degree in Film & TV, Business or Psychology from an accredited College or University, or equivalent experience in entry-level administrative position in office environment. Must be able to provide a copy of school transcripts upon request
• Experience in Microsoft Office, other database systems and technically literate and comfortable with a variety of computer applications
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks of work at full-time work schedule
• Must be able to work onsite in Burbank, CA – this is not a remote position
• Customer Service experience, a plus
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Must be a self-starter, quick-learner, inquisitive and have excellent communication skills
• Previous internships or work experience in entertainment, helpful
• Must be able to report to work on time
