Skills
- In-house recruitment and high-volume sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals (LPN/LVN, RN, PA, NP)
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (Greenhouse preferred) and G-Suite
- Familiarity with Notion or similar ops/tools
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational, time-management, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate candidate applications and resumes for clinical and corporate positions
- Conduct structured video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage high-volume hiring while ensuring licensing and credentialing requirements are met
- Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records and recruiting reports
- Partner with hiring managers and the People team to drive an efficient end-to-end recruitment process
- Contribute to recruiting strategy, process improvements, and scalable hiring initiatives
- Support additional recruiting and HR administrative activities as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
