8+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions
Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments
Deep empathy and appreciation for customer needs
Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
Strong sense of visual design and detail
Experience in Payments, Banking, or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
Comfortable dealing with product complexity and initiative ambiguity
Skilled at communicating across a range of stakeholders (product, engineering, design, data, commercial leaders, senior executives, etc.)
