Responsibilities
- Serve as L2 support, handling escalated issues from Mission Control and coordinating with L3/development for resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement durable fixes or workarounds for recurring issues
- Develop tooling, SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to enable Mission Control to resolve issues independently
- Create automated solutions, bug fixes, and preventive measures to reduce support volume
- Maintain and curate a searchable knowledge base and incident playbooks
- Track and analyze support metrics and SLOs for response and resolution times
- Report frequent/resource-intensive issues to engineering teams with actionable insights
- Collaborate with developers and test engineers to improve test coverage for recurring failure modes
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
