We’re looking for a Product Engineer who’s passionate about AI, product thinking, and building technology that truly impacts users. At Mia, you’ll help shape the next generation of conversational AI that’s redefining how automotive dealerships engage with customers.

Who You Are

You bridge engineering and product. You care about why something is built, not just how. You’re hands on, curious, and thrive in ambiguity. You want to join a fast-paced startup where ideas turn into products quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship new product features that delight users.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define scope and deliver quickly.

• Own features end-to-end—from concept and architecture to release and monitoring.

• Translate customer feedback into data-driven product improvements.

• Integrate AI and voice technologies into user experiences.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across the stack.
  

What We Want You to Have

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience in building, shipping, and supporting software products.

• Experience building products from 0 → 1.

• Demonstrated ability to make product and technical decisions that led to measurable improvements in key metrics such as user satisfaction, retention, or revenue impact.

• Proficiency in Python, React (Next.js), PostgreSQL, and Azure.

• Strong grasp of LLMs, capable of evaluating performance and optimizing outputs.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly.

Nice to Have

• Shipped products that leverage LLMs or generative AI.

• Worked with Voice AI or real-time conversational interfaces.

• Prior founder or founding-engineer experience preferred.

Compensation

• Compensation for this position will be competitive with current market rates and reflective of the candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
