Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Project Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead a group of project teams in the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts
Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Coordinate resourcing to cover changing customer priorities
Work under intermittent/no consultative direction toward predetermined long-range plans and objectives
Provide advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise
Provide expert advice toward establishing long-range plans and objectives
Support new or projected areas of technological research and advancements for obtaining/attracting new business
Operate in an agile development environment using DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Coordinate with Product Designer and Product Manager to translate "user stories" into deliverable code
Conduct and participate in design reviews, sprint demonstrations, and after-action reviews
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Science, Information Technology, Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline
8+ years of related professional experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must possess the ability to perform in a lead capacity
Experience with agile project management using tools such as Jira and Confluence and configuration management tools such as Gitlab
Experience with container-based systems such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with scripting languages such as Node.js, JavaScript (TypeScript), and Python
Experience with YAML and JSON formats
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Strong understanding of hyper-converged infrastructure design, including networking, compute, and storage
Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and best practices for system and software security
AI/ML experience
