About the job

The Responsible Sourcing Team is looking for an Emerging Careers Program Manager, Supply Chain Monitoring to lead the design and implementation of SAS’s inaugural Supply Chain Monitoring Program!  This initiative will establish a comprehensive framework to collect key supplier data and assess supply chain risks, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance. The program will support adherence to evolving regulatory standards, including SEC, CSRD, and CSDDD.

 

As a Program Manager, Supply Chain Monitoring (Emerging Careers), you will:

  • Complete deadline-driven, team-based programs. Responsible for facilitating overall program business objectives, goals, and technical requirements. Work with team and stakeholders to define program scope and goals.
  • Collect and analyze data for ESG strategy development, support public reporting, and measure progress toward our goals and commitments.
  • Partner with other program leads and supply chain teams to integrate sustainability into business decisions, processes, and tools.
  • Create and produce business reports and analysis on relevant areas of the organization and share them with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and stakeholders that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Identify and monitor key measures related to stakeholder satisfaction and objectives attainment, working jointly with other organizations who share responsibilities for program success.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supplier Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Relationship and Performance Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Policy or related field.
  • Experience and understanding of ESG and global corporate governance.
  • Experience managing 3rd party risks, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and risk matters.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Strong accounting, math, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP System a plus.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable or equivalent professional training preferred.
