Skills
- Hands-on Python or TypeScript development
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Kubernetes operations
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- API design and integration
- Databases: MongoDB, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL
- CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK)
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills
- Customer-facing implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate Parloa's platform into complex enterprise environments, including system configuration and production rollouts
- Implement API integrations, custom code extensions, and workflow integrations tailored to customer use cases
- Performance tune, debug, and optimize deployments in real time in production environments
- Act as the embedded technical expert and trusted partner for customer engineering teams throughout deployment and post-launch
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and Product to escalate field feedback and influence product improvements
- Travel to customer sites for key deployment phases (up to ~25%) and support on-site adoption activities
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Cloud or infrastructure certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP/Kubernetes) are a plus
