Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies, lead high-impact campaigns, partner with sales teams to improve lead quality, and manage marketing funnel reporting.
Skills: 8+ years of marketing experience, 5 years in B2B EdTech, strong communication skills, and the ability to execute measurable campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Deep understanding of K-12 landscape, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented; experience in startup environments is preferred.
Location: Remote work from anywhere in the USA or Canada, no required travel.
Compensation: $170000 - $190000 / Annually

Job Description
This is a new chapter for marketing at Paper and a big opportunity to build and make a lasting impact. We’re looking for a strategic, action-oriented Director of Marketing to lead revenue generation for our fastest-growing offerings: GROW high-impact tutoring and AI solutions. You’ll own the strategy and execution to drive pipeline, unlock new revenue, and support renewals. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer, thrives in fast-paced environments (think Series A startup), and enjoys partnering closely with Sales to do great work together.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and can be located in any geography in the US or Canada.
Qualifications
The annual salary range for this position is $170,000-$190,000 USD or $136,000-162,000 CAD, plus equity. Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
