Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to fuel the next phase of growth for Paper’s GROW high-impact tutoring and AI solutions. You’ll own product messaging, shape our brand voice, and turn student outcomes into compelling campaigns that drive action. From customer stories to lifecycle emails and sales tools, you’ll create content that shows district leaders exactly how Paper delivers results. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller who thrives on building fast from the ground up (think Series A startup) and loves partnering cross-functionally to bring impact to life.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and can be located in any geography in the US or Canada.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $160,000 USD or $124,000 - $147,000 CAD, plus equity. Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
