Summary of This Role
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of creative and marketing projects by managing schedules, resources, and workflows. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality output, contributing to the efficient functioning of the broader marketing PMO.
What Part Will You Play?
Manage day-to-day execution of assigned creative and marketing projects.
Build and maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings, and track deliverables.
Partner with internal stakeholders (design, content, brand, digital) to support on-time delivery.
Monitor resource assignments and flag potential conflicts or gaps.
Help manage project intake, documentation, and status updates.
Support process standardization and adoption of project management tools.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support status visibility and team alignment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, DevOps or communications environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with creative and development workflows and timelines.
Proficient with project management software (e.g., Wrike, Workfront, Monday.com).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing projects in global and/or matrix organizations a plus
