You’ll be part of our Global Marketing team, supporting communications campaigns for our internal partners and helping ensure every colleague feels informed, inspired and connected.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
You’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to shape and deliver thoughtful, engaging communications that bring our culture and business priorities to life. From strategic planning to hands-on execution, you’ll help ensure our messages are clear, consistent and aligned with Sedgwick’s values.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
Skills & Knowledge

Mental: Clear thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Physical: Frequent computer use; travel as needed.
Auditory/Visual: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
