This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full commercialization journey of a dermatology-focused product. From concept validation to launch strategy, you’ll work alongside an agile, interdisciplinary team pioneering non-surgical skin care technologies for both medical and aesthetic markets.
Our team combines deep expertise across life sciences, engineering, and user experience design, and is led by entrepreneurs with a successful track record in launching transformative technologies and companies.
Build a Network of Dermatology Innovators: Identify and engage early adopters, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical collaborators to drive awareness and adoption. Cultivate a community aligned with Panther’s mission.
Guide Distribution & Sales Strategy: Recommend and evaluate commercial pathways, comparing medical provider-focused channels vs. direct-to-consumer approaches.
Conduct Market Research & Strategic Analysis: Lead market research to evaluate trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the U.S. (e.g., NY) and international regions to inform go-to-market strategies.
Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, align timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Market Analysis & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Skilled in building rapport with dermatology professionals and internal stakeholders; able to effectively communicate Panther’s mission and value proposition.
Adaptability: Comfortable pivoting between individual and collaborative work, incorporating feedback, and adjusting priorities quickly.
Interest in biotech or dermatology strongly preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA required (in progress or completed).
