The CRM Business Analyst transforms data into powerful insights that drive smarter decisions and boost performance across the business. They design efficient tools and processes that streamline operations, enhance reporting, and align with key metrics to hit revenue targets. This role partners with global teams at every level, making a direct impact on strategic outcomes.

What You Will Do 

• Data Analysis & Design:
  • Serve as CRM system administrator, managing configurations, design, and data integrity.
  • Build reports and dashboards that power data-driven decisions across the business.
  • Lead data audits to ensure accuracy and elevate data quality.
  • Deliver deep, actionable insights through independent analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Own CRM and Named Account data requirements, driving scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to agile teams by testing and enhancing new features and tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with internal and external teams.
  • Present impactful analytics to leadership, influencing key decisions.
  • Recommend process improvements that boost efficiency and performance.
• Continuous Growth:
  • Invest in personal development through ongoing training and system mastery.
  • Proactively expand expertise and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Engage in conferences and user groups to share knowledge and gain fresh perspectives.

What You Will Bring 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Major in quantitative field (economics, math, hard science, statistics) preferred.
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics certification preferred.
• Experience: 1-4 years in related role with experience supporting, reporting, and developing dashboards within a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting, and advance Microsoft Excel skills.
• Interpersonal: Ability to work with all levels of the organization and experience supporting a diverse commercial team

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
