Responsibilities
- Build, manage and maintain BI and reporting pipelines with team leads
- Translate business requirements into reportable KPIs and metrics
- Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports across platforms based on stakeholder needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools
- Perform statistical analyses to generate insights and recommendations
- Conduct data quality checks, implement validation processes and resolve discrepancies
- Support configuration and analysis for internal and external client reporting
- Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve reporting queries
Education
- Degree in IT, STEM, Business, or related field
