Skills
- Advanced SQL experience with AWS Redshift for complex queries and performance tuning
- Expert Looker development including advanced LookML and dashboard optimization
- Python development for analytics, data processing and automation
- Familiarity with AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) and cloud data workflows
- Strong data modelling, governance and data quality practices
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivering iterative analytics
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain end-to-end analytics solutions and dashboards
- Establish and enforce standards, governance and methodologies for data modelling and visualization
- Integrate and validate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and quality
- Develop reports, visualizations and Looker LookML with performance tuning
- Embed Looker outputs into other applications and internal tools
- Identify opportunities to support business growth with data-driven insights
- Research and apply advanced analytics approaches relevant to healthcare
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to present complex data in actionable ways
Education
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
- MSc or higher preferred in a quantitative field
