Our client is looking for a full-time Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. You'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind our customer interactions—managing emails and live chats, supported by our AI chatbot
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Help review past interactions and optimize support workflows
- Train and fine-tune our AI chatbot using ChatGPT
- Work closely with the team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced experience using ChatGPT
- Proficient with Grammarly
- Expert-level Gmail skills
- Familiarity with Shopify Admin (preferred)
- Bonus: Experience with Tidio (chat software)
- Organized, proactive, and available for 40 hours/week during PST business hours
- Able to work 20-25 hours/week
