- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
- Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and recommend process improvements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails across departments using Zendesk
- Deliver personalized, clear, and accurate email support
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, policies, and processes
- Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer service goals
- Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide internal customer support
- Be available for punctual attendance, overtime, holidays, and weekend hours as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- BA/BS or higher in a related field is a plus
