The Sales Manager leads Pacific Health Group’s inside and outside sales functions — overseeing both the Outreach Team Department (Inside Sales) and the Street Outreach Department (Outside Sales). This role focuses on driving member engagement and enrollment through data-driven outreach campaigns and strategic community partnerships.
The Sales Manager will guide and develop Outreach Team Members (OTMs) in executing targeted, health plan–assigned member engagement campaigns, while also leading the Street Outreach Team to build referral channels and community-based relationships. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a blend of analytical, operational, and interpersonal skills to expand PHG’s visibility and impact in the communities we serve.
