THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
*A history of strong work ethic, professional achievement and company loyalty.
*A winners attitude, and the mental toughness to withstand the typical setbacks of a selling career.
*A Minimum of 1 year – retail, consumer, direct or business to business sales experience. (HVAC experience not necessary - training provided)
*Effective closing skills driven by a highly influential and persuasive personality.
*The ability to run afternoon and evening appointments, with occasional Saturdays, meeting with prospects in their homes.
