IT Support Tech (Level 1-2)

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician (Level 1–2) to help keep our growing dealership group running smoothly. This role is the go-to person for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving technology across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

·        Provide Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.

·        Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

·        Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and other systems.

·        Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.

·        Support phone systems, cameras, and dealership technology (Wi-Fi, POS, Motility, etc.).

·        Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

·        Collaborate with the IT Manager and other departments to improve system performance and efficiency.

·        All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

·        1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.

·        Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

·        Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide excellent customer service.

·        Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other dealership locations as needed.
