Responsibilities: Manage and optimize enterprise applications, oversee a team of IT Business Analysts, enhance business processes, improve reporting and integration, and ensure secure and scalable operation of systems.
Skills: Experience in managing enterprise applications and ERP systems, leadership capabilities, strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in enterprise application management and demonstrated leadership skills.

The Associate Director of Enterprise Applications will join the institution at this pivotal moment, helping to shape a seamless, service-driven, and student-centered technology environment. This is a full-time, 12-month recurring Administrative and Professional Staff (A&PS) position, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, and requires regular on-campus presence for close collaboration with CIT colleagues and institutional partners.
The Associate Director leads the management and optimization of enterprise applications supporting student services, HR, finance, admissions, CRM , and reporting. This position oversees a team of IT Business Analysts and partners closely with campus offices—including Institutional Effectiveness and Planning ( IEP /IR), Registrar, HR, Student Affairs, Finance, Admissions and Financial Aid, and Academic Divisions—to enhance enterprise systems, streamline business processes, and improve reporting and integration.
This role is essential to ensuring enterprise applications are secure, scalable, user-centered, and aligned with the evolving needs of Oberlin’s academic and administrative community.
