- Experience with connectors: Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web service connectors
- Proficiency with XML, JSON and REST/SOAP web services
- Workflow configuration for joiner/leaver/mover scenarios and certification campaign setup
- Experience configuring segregation of duties (SoD) policies
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with SDLC and deployment best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, architect and implement SailPoint ISC/IDN Identity Governance and Administration solutions
- Gather and document technical requirements and produce solution designs
- Configure connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web services) and authoritative source integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Develop and configure workflows (joiner, leaver, mover), access certification campaigns, and segregation-of-duties policies
- Act as subject matter expert in client-facing technical discussions and lead technical workshops
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks and presentation materials
- Collaborate across SDLC phases and integrate IGA solutions into client environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Relevant vendor certifications (SailPoint IDN/ISC preferred)
