Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with solution engineers and product stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical workstreams and coordinate engineering execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate software deployment, integration, testing, and vendor/partner activities.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement via post-implementation reviews and process enhancements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus but not required.
