Role Summary:
The Change Delivery Manager leads and manages change initiatives across multiple lines of business, sites, and regions. This role partners with clients, teams, and leaders to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of process and operational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build strong client relationships, present change plans and progress updates, and provide feedback to improve processes.
People Management: Lead and mentor teams, promote collaboration across regions, and support professional development.
Process & Compliance: Drive process alignment and standardization, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
Project Management: Oversee end-to-end change deployment, maintain accurate reporting, and proactively address challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in operations, project, or account management
Strong leadership, client communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-regional alignment
Experience with change management tools and methodologies preferred
Flexibility to travel as needed
