Responsibilities
- Own the company launch and founder onboarding process, scaling from current cadence to hundreds of launches per month.
- Execute and maintain comprehensive onboarding checklists (50+ items) and ensure flawless handoffs.
- Manage and administer critical business systems (e.g., Deel, Greenhouse), coordinate DNS transfers, and establish operational foundations.
- Coordinate and negotiate vendor partnerships (AWS, GCP, Stripe, OpenAI, insurance brokers, recruiters, lead-gen consultants, etc.).
- Work closely with an Automation Engineer to design and build automation that streamlines and ultimately replaces repetitive workflows.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and iterate on the launch playbook.
- Advise founders on core startup business practices and provide ongoing operational support.
