- PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform or ARM templates)
- SRE/observability experience including monitoring and alerting
- Security best practices and compliance implementation
- Troubleshooting for hardware, network, and cloud services
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Azure resources
- Administer identity and access using ManageEngine suite and related IAM tools
- Provide end-user support, training, and incident resolution for Office 365 and endpoints
- Deploy and maintain automated patching, backups, and software distribution
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance for cloud and endpoint systems
- Manage hardware endpoints with AutoPilot, Intune, and EndPoint Central
- Apply SRE practices for high availability, monitoring, and incident response
- Implement AI-driven monitoring/alerting and analyze data to optimize operations
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM templates
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support and procurement
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure) preferred
