Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects and operations of the property including budgets and financial performance
- Oversee and mentor a team of office and maintenance employees
- Analyze monthly performance and budget projections collaborating with Regional Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and budgeting
- Supervise resident retention, leasing programs, and maintain maximum occupancy
- Ensure property conditions meet market readiness through inspections
- Manage vendor contracts and negotiate service agreements
- Promote and enforce workplace safety and compliance

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Higher education or certifications in property management are preferred
