The Global Customer Acceleration & Support Strategy & Operations Team
At Okta, our AI strategy is designed to revolutionize how we engage with customers and operate our business. For that strategy to succeed, we need a deep, practical understanding of how we support and engage our customers.
This role is the critical link between our AI strategy and business outcomes, focusing on the ‘How’ (implementing AI solutions effectively) and the ‘So What’ (measuring their impact). You will serve as the orchestrator and scale enabler for AI projects, ensuring they not only launch, but thrive and deliver measurable value. This role is perfect for a business analyst who loves to connect the dots between business problems and technology-driven solutions.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
