I like what I do here, but dealing with leadership… not so much. Zero transparency.

Been here a year. Not bad, not amazing. Learned some new skills but also feel stuck doing the same thing over and over.

out of sight, out of mind. feels like I get overlooked for stuff.

Really like the remote flexibility. Sometimes I’m working in sweatpants, sometimes at a cafe. Freedom’s worth a lot to me.
