Skills
- Proven construction project management experience (minimum 5 years)
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Experience with project controls, budget tracking, and schedule management
- Proficiency with MS Office and industry-standard project management software
- Familiarity with multiple construction delivery methods
Responsibilities
- Manage field activities to ensure work is executed per plan, schedule, and budget
- Monitor and control project budgets, contingencies, and schedules
- Oversee on-site quality and pace of work
- Coordinate, document, and distribute client design modifications and change tracking
- Provide document and project controls, monitor RFI and submittal traffic for cost/schedule impacts
- Document and track action items via meeting minutes and prepare weekly/monthly project update reports
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or closely related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required (or relevant construction experience)
