General Summary

Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and organization are key? As a Circuit Court Records Specialist, you will provide essential clerical support to the daily operations of the Court by processing legal documents, managing case assignments, and assisting both the public and legal professionals. From civil and criminal filings to jury services, this position ensures that cases are scheduled correctly, records are maintained with precision, and court procedures run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Assign civil, criminal, and domestic cases to appropriate court dates and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Collect fees, process payments, and prepare statistical reports while safeguarding confidential information.
• Assist court staff, attorneys, jurors, and the public with case information and scheduling inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Compile, process, and file legal documents while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
