We are looking for a Senior Developer Relations Manager to drive strategic technical teamwork with leading Agentic AI companies building the next generation of autonomous agents. In this high-profile role, you will be an evangelist for NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI technologies—such as Nemotron, NeMo, Dynamo, and NIMs—helping top-tier developers use our state-of-the-art technology to build, train, and deploy complex agents. You will drive technical, product, and go-to-market engagement with strategic partners, playing a meaningful role in identifying product gaps and shaping our future roadmap by advocating for partners’ success. An ideal candidate brings a proven technical background in building agents, model fine-tuning, tool calling, and context engineering, combined with a strategic understanding of the rapidly evolving AI market.
What you'll be doing:
Developing Agentic AI ecosystem strategy: define and implement the strategy to grow NVIDIA’s footprint within the Agentic AI and AI Native developer communities.
Strategic Partner Engagement: Work closely with leading AI Native companies to identify collaboration opportunities in accelerated computing and Agentic workflows.
Technical Enablement: Drive technical engagement to support partners in building advanced agents. This includes advising on architectures for training, inference, tool calling (function calling), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt/context engineering, and data processing pipelines.
Product Influence: Collaborate with NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap for Nemotron, NeMo, NIMs, and other AI tools based on the specific needs and feedback of Agentic AI developers.
Go-to-Market & Advocacy: Collaborate with NVIDIA’s product, marketing, business development, and sales teams to advocate for partners’ solutions, showcase NVIDIA-enabled agentic applications, and drive joint GTM activities.
What we need to see:
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant work experience in technical leadership, software development, or developer relations.
Deep Technical Expertise in Agentic AI: Proven understanding and hands-on experience in building autonomous agents, LLM training and fine-tuning, and orchestrating complex AI workflows.
Advanced Engineering Skills: Proficiency in data processing for AI, implementing tool calling/function calling capabilities, and advanced prompt/context engineering techniques.
Excellent communication abilities, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude to work across internal teams and external partners.
Strategic understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem, including key frameworks, model architectures, and the landscape of AI Native startups.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Background with NVIDIA GPUs, SDKs, and platforms (specifically NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo).
Research background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic systems, specifically in areas like memory optimization (e.g., KV cache compression, long-context handling) and efficient inference for complex agent workflows.
Hands-on experience with modern agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and orchestration layers.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
