NVLINK Fusion Partner and Ecosystem Development Manager

For the first time in decades, data centers must be fundamentally rearchitected — AI is being fused into every computing platform. NVLink Fusion opens NVIDIA’s AI platform and rich ecosystem for partners to build specialized AI infrastructures. NVLink Fusion equips cloud providers with an easy path to scale out AI factories to millions of GPUs, using any ASIC, NVIDIA’s rack-scale systems and the NVIDIA end-to-end networking platform.

Using NVLink Fusion, hyperscalers can work with the NVIDIA partner ecosystem to integrate NVIDIA rack-scale solutions for seamless deployment in data center infrastructure. To scale adoption globally, we are hiring a Partner & Ecosystem Development Manager to build, expand, and align our partner ecosystem around NVLINK Fusion. This leader will drive joint solutions with OEMs, hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and semiconductor/accelerator partners—ensuring that the NVLINK Fusion platform accelerates innovation across AI, HPC, data center networking, and large-scale enterprise workloads.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and Implement NVIDIA’s partner engagement strategy around NVLink Fusion, spanning hyperscalers, Silicon/ASIC Partners, IP Providers, OEMs and ODMs.

  • Identify and develop strategic partners to extend NVLink Fusion adoption

  • Work closely with product architecture, system architecture and rest of the engineering teams to translate NVLink Fusion’s technical capabilities into partner value propositions..

  • Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver reference designs, whitepapers, and interoperability guidelines.

  • Manage joint development, validation, and enablement programs with partners.

  • Monitor competitive interconnect technologies and ecosystem trends.

  • Develop insights to sharpen NVIDIA’s partner positioning and value differentiation.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.

  • 15+ years in ecosystem and partner development or product strategy within semiconductor, hyperscaler or cloud service provider companies.

  • Proven success in building technical alliances across silicon vendors, cloud service providers and IP providers.

  • Strong understanding of interconnects (PCIe, NVLink, UALink, CXL, InfiniBand, Ethernet), system architecture, and large-scale AI/HPC deployment models.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
