What you'll be doing:
Lead go-to-market efforts for a given product(s), aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining
Drive priorities to ensure product(s) achieve schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles
Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues
Communicate product status to internal (including executive) teams in NVIDIA and JDM/ODM partners from initial requirement definition through production delivery.
Provide clear leadership and instruction to JDM and ODM partners to align with NVIDIA expectation and monitor the progress to release the product to the market
Continuously improve product quality by maintaining pulse on customer issues and feedback after launch, as well as by managing internal beta testing execution and integration of user feedback into product roadmap
What we need to see:
BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience)
5+ yrs of working experience
Hands on experience with hardware product development
Strong project/program/product management fundamentals
Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving
Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment, comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Successfully delivering products from concept through launch
Deep understanding of server product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design, firmware development, system validation and project management skills
Proven understanding of NPI processes, including working with operations on manufacturing, quality, RMA, and EOL
Master’s degree in engineering or business is a bonus
PM Certification/training a plus, not required

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3, and 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
