Skills
- Experience with ZenDesk and Salesforce
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong phone, email, and chat communication skills
- Customer escalation and resolution skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls (approx. 4–5 hours/day) and respond to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and process issues and resolve high-priority escalations
- Assist customers navigating the Nutrafol website and ecommerce workflows
- Become an expert on Nutrafol products and related science to provide accurate guidance
- Provide creative, customized solutions and think quickly under pressure
- Prioritize daily tasks and direct assignments to maximize team efficiency
- Manage ad-hoc projects and participate in ongoing training to improve customer experience
- Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communications across channels
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
