Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic extension of the CEO, managing priorities and bandwidth for maximum impact
- Directly manage the CEO’s executive assistant and project manager to ensure smooth operations
- Optimize CEO’s calendar, travel, and meetings aligned to company priorities
- Initiate and manage external outreach to investors, advisors, and partners
- Anticipate roadblocks and operational risks, escalating as needed
- Lead company-wide OKR processes, tracking and aligning goals across departments
- Drive cross-functional execution of strategic projects ensuring milestones and outcomes
- Build trust and provide context across teams to facilitate fast, informed decisions
- Manage internal and external communication flow from the CEO’s office
- Draft updates, talking points, and meeting prep materials for executive clarity
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
