Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and deployment of cross-functional technical programs aligned with strategic and customer objectives.
- Manage cross-team collaboration and communication between engineering, product, and external stakeholders including government agencies.
- Understand system architecture and technical challenges to support engineering and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate technical, schedule, and compliance risks across multiple programs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver clear program updates to technical and executive audiences.
- Implement and improve program management processes to enhance efficiency and production-quality outputs.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or program management field.
