ERP Implementation Lead - Automotive

We’re seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to lead a high-impact transformation initiative within an automotive product development organization. This role is pivotal in modernizing back-office operations by implementing a new ERP system—from ground zero setup to reporting automation.

You'll partner closely with UX designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver a seamless ERP solution that replaces legacy tools and manual workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of automotive industry knowledge and enterprise systems expertise.

• Drive the end-to-end ERP implementation program, focusing on streamlining vehicle development operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project plans
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing setup, and system configurations
• Oversee data migration from legacy tools (e.g., Google Sheets) into ERP
• Automate reporting workflows across manufacturing and product development
• Align UX principles with backend operational needs
• Provide regular updates to leadership including progress, risks, and issue management
• Foster a culture of process improvement, leveraging ERP capabilities to optimize workflow

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields required.
• 6+ years experience in ERP program management, preferably in automotive
• Automotive background and vehicle development process knowledge
• Proven track record in enterprise application deployment or back-office system transformation
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP ERP systems (S4/HANA preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to lead onsite and work collaboratively with UX designers and SMEs
