Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise product deployments ensuring alignment with customer expectations and revenue policies
- Manage multiple medium to large projects focusing on timelines, scope and budget
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and software leaders to define program requirements and delivery timelines
- Oversee change management activities and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders
- Develop documentation supporting customer acceptance and revenue recognition
- Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure successful delivery
- Provide training to customers remotely and in person to support solution adoption
- Mentor junior project managers and assist in recruitment efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technical Engineering or equivalent experience
- PMP certification highly preferred
