Responsibilities
- Configure and, when needed, program NICE products to meet customer requirements and best practices
- Design and enhance database schemas, data models, and application integrations
- Provide technical architecture leadership, analysis, and solution design
- Perform business analysis, user needs assessment, and prepare cost/benefit business cases
- Serve as project manager for end-to-end deployments of small to large-scale projects
- Manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional activities within NICE and with third-party vendors
- Mentor and coach junior staff and supervise contracted personnel during engagements
Education
- BS/BA in a technical (CS/IS/EE) or business (MIS/Marketing) field or equivalent work experience
- MBA preferred
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience beyond education requirements
