Role: Business Analyst (DMN Experience)

Years of Experience: 8+ years

Location: McLean, VA

As a consultant within the infrastructure Engineering team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Job Description: -

Decision Modeling:

·       Assisting in creating, reviewing, or refining decision models that represent business rules, logic, or processes.

·       Helping translate business requirements into decision models using tools like DMN (Decision Model and Notation), decision tables, or flowcharts.

·       Ensuring that decision models accurately reflect business logic and can be used effectively in automated systems.

Testing Knowledge:

·       Supporting the team in designing test cases that verify the accuracy and completeness of decision models.

·       Participating in testing activities such as executing test cases, identifying discrepancies, and reporting bugs or inconsistencies.

·       Validating that decision outputs align with expected business rules and scenarios.

·       Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and QA testers to ensure decision models perform correctly under various conditions.

Preferred Skills

·       Business Rules / Decision Modeling Experience & Certification

·       Familiarity with Tools and Systems: Business Decision Management Systems (BDMS), Enterprise Decision Service (EDS), Message Manager Service (MMS), Load Reference Data Service (LoRDS), Simulator, EDS Portal and Ironman.

·       Mortgage Industry or Financial Services Experience

·       Modern Delivery Experience
