Responsibilities
- Support and organize delivery elements for small and medium IT projects via requirement documentation, process flows, and user stories.
- Create cost/benefit analyses supporting corporate projects and assess financial impacts for management.
- Develop customer journey maps identifying all customer touchpoints.
- Define and document project scopes, timelines, and expectations, and communicate conflicts to management.
- Identify and report project priority conflicts affecting delivery.
- Create process maps and recommend process improvements and automation.
- Determine performance metrics, service levels, and operating levels.
- Act as business analyst to develop processes and report project results to management.
- Serve as key interface between business stakeholders and development teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executives.
- Create Visio and network diagrams.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
