Principal Technical Partner Manager

NextRoll is a marketing technology company focused on AI-driven ad and account-based marketing solutions. The Principal Technical Partner Manager will own the technical relationships and integrations across the company’s tech partnerships, prioritizing high-impact integrations, coordinating product/design/engineering resources, and driving adoption and revenue outcomes through partner-led solutions.

Skills

  • 5+ years working with AdTech/MarTech platforms, API partner programs, or developer programs
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales technical roles
  • Hands-on familiarity with development technologies: REST APIs, OAuth, Python, JavaScript
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills for integration guides and runbooks
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management and project prioritization
  • Knowledge of AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) trends as they apply to partner integrations

Responsibilities

  • Own scoping, onboarding, and technical relationship management for API, martech, data, reporting, supply, and creative integrations
  • Prioritize integration efforts based on customer impact and company goals and orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver them
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Leads, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive partner go-to-market and adoption
  • Advocate for partner needs with product and engineering teams; surface trends, issues, and opportunities for integration improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical roadblocks in partnership with solutions engineering and partner engineering teams
  • Create and maintain integration guides, best practices, and documentation to accelerate partner onboarding and time-to-revenue
  • Monitor integration adoption and performance; recommend optimizations to increase customer value and revenue

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Continuing education or certifications in APIs, cloud platforms, or integration technologies preferred
