About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive and detail-oriented FP&A Manager with strong business partnership skills to join our Finance team. This role will be pivotal in developing and maintaining a comprehensive financial forecasting and business analytics framework, supporting data-driven decision-making, and managing the full lifecycle of commissions calculations in accordance with company policies. 

Our ideal candidate is a builder – someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to create scalable systems from the ground up. This role will work closely with leadership and operations to ensure financial transparency and performance optimization across the organization.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Design and implement a comprehensive FP&A framework, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
    • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Assist in long-term financial modeling and scenario planning for staffing, pricing, and member acquisition strategies.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting
    • Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as engagement profitability across departments.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
    • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
    • Collaborate with leadership and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Commissions Management
    • Own the end-to-end process for calculating and validating commissions and related performance-based incentives for revenue generating teams.
    • Ensure alignment with compensation policies and contract terms.
    • Partner with Employee Experience and leadership to interpret incentive structures and ensure accurate, timely payouts.
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and continuously improve the commissions process.
  • Special Projects as requested

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, financial operations, or a related finance role. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with commission structures or compensation plans in a services-based environment.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships, influence change, and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Prior experience supporting financial models and resource planning.

  

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to conduct full-day presentations, speaking and on-foot interacting with a room of participants.

· Must be able to set at a desk for prolonged periods of time.

· Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.


  Salary Range:

  • $112,700-$174,700
