Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage manufacturing operations during the second shift (6 pm to 2 am, Monday to Friday)
- Perform hands-on process engineering to improve yield, quality, and throughput of thin-film microelectrode arrays
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including ASML, spin coaters, etchers, evaporators, and deposition systems
- Create and maintain process and equipment documentation, including daily logs
- Coordinate with first shift to communicate priorities and handoffs
- Collect data, detect defects, and ensure product quality and conformance
- Maintain a clean and organized cleanroom environment
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
