The Specialist 1, Product Marketing – NBS supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and advocacy across product segments. This entry-level role contributes to event planning, campaign coordination, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support marketing initiatives.


Coordinate logistics for marketing events and community activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.


Support the creation of marketing materials, campaign briefs, and content in alignment with brand standards.


Help gather and analyze performance data from campaigns and events to inform future strategies.


Maintain marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.


Stay informed on marketing trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.


Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.

**Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $55,000

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships or relevant coursework preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience with educational software or other education environments preferred.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.


Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Eagerness to learn and take initiative.


Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
