JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and Collaborate with the HR and IT onboarding teams, ensuring that all new hires are set up for a successful first day.
Communicate directly with candidate to ensure they are prepared and excited for their onboarding experience
Own the employee clothing process – ranging from issuing new hire uniforms, issuing uniform replacements, managing ALLO’s clothing website, and distributing teammate clothing orders.
Maintain our badging system, partnering with the IT Team and Hiring Managers to ensure that new hires have access to appropriate buildings.
Partner with HR Coordinators to distribute various employment communications, primarly related to onboarding, clothing, and internal events.
Support the rollout and execution of other human resource projects and new initiatives including but not limited to;
Onboarding process improvements
Employee recognition program
Internal communication support
Recruiting initiatives and events
Interact daily with employees to deliver world-class, hassle-free HR service and support.
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continual improvements of the business area and services performed.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
Must currently be working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or another similar major.
Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week.
Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong communication with the HR team and ALLO employees.
